Retail Assistant Eastridge Paper Plus location Auckland. $24 – $26 per hour.

We’re looking for a self motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to join our Paper Plus team, Mission Bay. Our ideal team member will help run our NZ post Agency side of the business. Person must have the initiative to identify tasks needing completion during quiet times and will actively look for ways to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Our expectation is you will be adept at multitasking, recognising that above all, we aim to go above and beyond for our customers. We expect customers to receive the same exceptional service whenever they visit our store, 7 days a week.

Product knowledge is a vital component of the role and we expect our staff to ensure they are updating themselves on product we have in store and new product arriving. An interest in books a distinct advantage.

A large part of our business is based on personal recommendations for our customers. As such our expectation is that staff will use their time productively to be aware of current and forthcoming book news as well as those relating toys and giftware.
