LJ Hooker Glynde is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Manager with outstanding customer service skills to join our multi award-winning agency. This role will be fast paced and challenging and requires someone with experience or the drive to learn and succeed. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to think quickly on your feet.

You will be responsible for the daily management of a residential portfolio, ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard and keeping all tenants and landlords happy. As this is a busy role, you will need to be able to work under pressure, be friendly, assertive when required and be able to cope with the extra requirements you may be faced with. You must also be extremely reliable and dependable, a team player that is honest and approachable. Professional Requirements current Property Manager Licence. Property Management experience. Corporately presented. Excellent communication written and verbal. High organisational and time management skills. Negotiation skills. Reliable car and drivers Licence. Computer literacy. Previous use with REST an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of legislation requirements and leasing practices. Outstanding customer service skills.

Position duties rent arrears, dealing with tenants and landlords via email and telephone. Dealing with maintenance for tenants. Ingoing  & final inspections on properties, Open inspections. Preparing of bond forms. Preparing tenant water bills. Finding potential tenants for properties. Dealing with supervisors and giving an update on properties. Preparation for lease signing.

Preparation for termination of tenancy. Organise tribunal court cases. Taking photos of properties ready for advertising. Organising of open times for open inspections. Organising of tenant renewal leases. Answering rental enquiries via email and telephone. Processing potential tenant application forms. Reference checking for tenants.
