Position overview as ARM enters a new stage of growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager with strong commercial acumen and management accounting capabilities to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track-record (or capability to perform) in management accounting, financial management, business partnering, reporting and analysis, providing comprehensive financial insights and support to ARM’s Managing Director and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities Financial reporting prepare and review group financial statements for ARM’s Managing Director. Prepare and review portfolio financial statements for senior management of portfolio companies. Where required, improve and develop the financial reporting environment. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the holding company and its subsidiaries.

Management accounting develop and maintain the financial reporting and planning processes. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to management. Prepare management reports and dashboards for decision-making purposes.

Commercial Control & analysis monitor and control revenue and costs across the portfolio companies. Conduct analysis to identify challenges, opportunities and improvements. Implement and maintain systems and procedures.

Strategic Support & New Business Implementation identify, propose and provide financial support to deliver strategic initiatives. Assist with due diligence and integration processes for new and potential acquisitions. Support merger, acquisition, and investment activities, including post-acquisition implementation.

Finance & Team leadership work closely with the teams of portfolio companies to ensure alignment and consistency in financial practices. Provide training and support to team members as needed.

Skills & qualifications bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, business partnering or a similar role. Proficiency in management accounting, financial reporting and analysis and finance business partnering.

High proficiency in relevant systems, including advanced excel capability/experience and experience with accounting software and other ERPs and/or financial management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Passion to identify and implement improvements, deliver meaningful impact and results.
