Square Yards' significant further expansion plans requires a capable Regional Sales Manager to lead our rapidly growing team in Sydney.

About the role as a Regional Sales Manager, you shall be responsible for five main aspects of business Business Development. Making strategic tie-ups with new developers and re-negotiating the terms of business with the existing developers/builders. Exploring various suburbs and new developmental sites for procuring more projects / stock to be marketed.

Marketing working closely with the marketing team to identify and generate relevant pool of leads. Providing the marketing team with data points to run a successful online campaign.

Recruitment and HR help the team grow in size by helping the company driving recruitment through personal network. Training the team on the marketing material as well as training them on their presentation skills for in-home and closure appointments. Conduct performance review and help the team set and achieve their targets.

Sales develop Referral partners- help increase the funnel of sales. Meet annual operating and sales target. Design and implement offline campaigns to drive the sales in the region. Ensure per person productivity through effective sales funnel management.

Process and Compliance comply with the guidelines provided by the Government and Fair Trade in running the operations. Comply with SOPs of the company. Monitor the vectors such as number of meetings, number of calls made and time of response for the leads being assigned to the team of consultants under you.

Skills and experience Real Estate Full Licence or Certificate of Registration. 3-4 years of experience in leadership role, 4 or more years of experience in real estate.
