The team is over 1000 strong, working across more than 35 businesses including bars, restaurants, gastro pubs, catering services, centralised kitchen, brewery and function spaces. This role is a permanent full-time position, it’s a newly established role for Kāpura reporting into our HR Manager.

At present we’re operating under a mostly decentralised recruitment model and our high-performing HR team have been supporting hiring leads in their recruitment and onboarding processes. Due to our planned growth, current vacancies and increasingly competitive job market we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to build a team to drive and lead all attraction and recruitment related activities to sustain our business growth.

This will require collaboration with key stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate pathways for workforce attraction and recruitment. Managing the recruitment across all business units to attract, source and fill positions while leading the recruitment strategy will be a hands-on position.

To be successful you will have in-House Recruitment Management experience or In-house Senior Recruitment experience leading a small team. Experience with EVP and a range of other attraction strategy initiatives that enhance culture, retention, and candidate experience across the business.
