Receptionist or Office Administrator Business and Finance Solutions Limited location Canterbury. Salary $20 - $24.99 per hour
We are working with a well-known Ashburton based family earthmoving business, who is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator. As the first point of contact and face of the business we are seeking a person who can bring personality to the role and provide a friendly welcoming atmosphere to set the tone for the business. The person must be able to multi-task providing administration support and assistance to the wider management team as required and demonstrate and 'can-do' attitude.
The role will involve
Front office administration duties. Order processing, Payables, Senior Administrator(s) support and assistance. Operational support and assistance with some Health and Safety matters. Document preparation, filing and general Administration functions as required.
Skills and experience excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. A high level of computer literacy and a willingness to learn. Strong computer skills including competency in MYOB and Microsoft Office suite. The ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and work as part of a team. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role. An open, honest friendly personality with a great attitude and energy to grow and develop in the business.
