Receptionist or Administrator Specialist Vein Health Auckland.

Specialist Vein Health is a busy private health clinic supporting Vascular Surgeons and specialists. We currently have an opportunity for an outstanding candidate in a Receptionist / Administrator role in our newly established North Shore Clinic. This is a part time role of between 20-25 hours per week. There is some flexibility in hours and days of the week for the right candidate.

We are seeking an organised, motivated individual who will work well within our team and support the administration functions of the wider business. You will have a high standard of personal presentation, a clear, confident communication style and be effective at delivering outstanding customer service whilst managing multiple administrative tasks to support our team.

The successful candidate will have the following key skills exceptional phone manner and greeting skills. Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Assist with administrative tasks within the business as required. Proficient computer literacy.

Proven written communication and numeracy skills. Work under pressure and maintain a variety of tasks. The ability to look ahead and anticipate the business needs. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential - most important is your great attitude and willingness to be a positive part of the team. Applicants for this position must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
