The position manage phone system and first point of contact for inbound phone calls. Meet and greet visitors. Arrange contractor inductions where necessary. Processing invoices. Track and trace deliveries. Put together reports for the Operations Manager. Provide admin support for the site operations team. Key Requirements. Proven Administration skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisational skills. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate MS Excel and Outlook skills. Ability to work within a fast paced working environment.
