Receptionist and Administration Assistant Skyline Landscape Services location Sydney.

The Opportunity & requirements we are searching for a new Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our Head Office team. This highly motivated and well organised person will be responsible for answering the office phone, directing calls and messages, being the first point of contact for visitors to the office, coordinating reception duties, maintain a variety of schedules and logs, arrange travel and office supplies, and provide administrative support to Managers on a day-to-day basis.

Your attributes and requirements high level of organisational skills and cleanliness. Great time management and ability to prioritise. Previous experience in a Reception/Administration Assistant role desired. Must be well spoken (both written and verbal), professional and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

Have a progressive, team-oriented approach to problem solving. A multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure. Friendly, outgoing and have a 'can-do' attitude. Ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook. Drivers licence required.
