Reception Administration Assistant Alstom location Sydney.

The opportunity as Receptionist and Administration Assistant, you will be the main contact for all visitors and staff at North Ryde. You will be reporting to the Office Manager and you will be located at our North Ryde Head Office.

Key responsibilities main point of contact for all enquires to Alstom North Ryde Head Office, including all visitors and staff at North Ryde. Guest passes - Managing Visitors passes and Guest pass register. Answering phone and maintaining phone system. Maintenance of the Sine machine and Noah Face - register employees and new starters.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail including management of DHL and couriers. Daily opening offices and meeting rooms. Assist as required with any on boarding activities. Wayleadr - management of parking issues and support in desk and locker allocation at North Ryde site. Facilities support the Senior Administration Assistant and Office Manager, in site maintenance and management.

Ensure office and stationery supplies are maintained including pantry orders - Fruit and milk sundry items, and cofffee/chocolate machine supplies​​​​​​​. Stocking of kitchen supplies. Stocktake and ordering of stationery and printer supplies. Stocking of stationery cupboards. ​​​​​​​Set up of meeting rooms and kitchen area for events/clearing meeting rooms after events. Distribute and manage catering orders. Coordinate plant and pest control technicians. Coordinate Stockland Fire/Aircon visits. Be part of internal Fire Warden team.

Support Senior Administration Assistant with ​​​​​​​Site administration activities inc. cleaners, security, handyman. Catering orders for internal meetings and trainings as required.
