Receptionist Horizon Radiology location Auckland.
Horizon Radiology is a New Zealand owned business that offers a wide range of diagnostic imaging services including; x-rays, ultrasounds, pregnancy scans, including 3D and 4D imaging and steroid injections. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Call Center Representative/Receptionist for a full time position. Our Call Centre is based at Sylvia Park so easy access to transport.
Main duties are as follows but not limited to manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
You will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook. Have an excellent phone manner. Be an excellent communicator. Be a time management superstar. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Some experience in a Call Centre or customer service environment (however training will be provided).
