We are currently seeking outstanding receptionist to join our team. The clinic operates Monday to Saturday 7am to 7pm and you will be working either part time with 20 hours or full time with 40 hours. We’re also flexible on a start date.

The role as our a main receptionist, your role role will be including making all patients feel welcomed when they enter the clinic. General administration including bookings, processing invoice, undertaking ACC related documentation and providing assistance to the team. Facilities management including maintaining clinic systems and keeping things clean and tidy. Recording patient details, registration and updating patient information accurately.
