Located in or near Camellia.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception or administration position
Passion for delivering results to a high standard
SAP and Microsoft experience is highly desirable
Ability to work from the Camellia office full time – This is not a Work from Home Role

About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will have the responsibility for providing assistance with the day-to-day management and operation of the Camellia office as well as providing support to the Executive Committee.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Management of reception including mail, couriers, inductions, greeting guests and visitors
Office management, including but not limited to the ordering of stationery, office equipment, kitchen supplies and amenities
Management of office contractors
Organisation of office events
Raising Purchase orders and processing invoices and expense reconciliation
Assistance with onboarding activities of new Knauf employees as required
Assisting the Team Leader with company-wide events
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
