The Lighthouse Psychology Practice is a privately owned and beautifully presented specialist psychology practice that delivers mental health services to South West Sydney areas, with clinics in both Campbelltown and Moorebank. Our team is dedicated to providing evidence based practice that is both timely and affordable to treat a wide range of mental health concerns.

We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and personable receptionist to join our friendly and skilled administrative team on a casual basis for afternoon/ evening and Saturday work. Applicants must be available to work from both of our practice locations, Campbelltown and Moorebank, if needed.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, well-groomed and friendly, be invested in being a representative of our practice, quick thinking and supportive of the needs of a growing business. They will be professional and empathic to the needs of clients and referrers, responsible for maintaining our commitment to high-quality mental health care and customer service.

The role will involve following direction, adhering to our policies and procedures, working within a team as well as independently and will include the following administrative tasks practice front desk duties Billing, processing Medicare rebates and invoicing. Managing client bookings and Psychologist schedules.

General administrative tasks including banking, posting, photocopying, cleaning etc. Extraordinary English and grammatical skills are mandatory, with impeccable accuracy and grammatical production in all documents; as well as strong communication skills with clients, referrers, Director, reception staff and within the Psychologist team.

Essential criteria must be available to work casually. Medical/ allied health reception experience. Must be fluent and very clearly spoken in English, with a warm and professional manner. Strong customer service skills with an ability to work well under pressure. Reliable, energetic, well presented and professional at all times. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and data entry. A quick learner with a "can do" attitude, and excellent team working skills.

Desirable criteria experience using practice software. Knowledge of Psychology services, ethics and codes of conduct.
