You will also be a generalist in all entry-level front of house and back of house roles. In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow previous customer experience preferred.

A friendly and outgoing personality with a proactive, “can do” approach. Well organised and methodical with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. A flexible team player with good communication skills. Physically able to stand for long periods of time.

Available to work rotating shifts, including early starts, late finishes and overnight shifts. Good planning and prioritising skills with the ability to meet deadlines. A high level of product knowledge of the local area. Self-motivated and shows initiative.

Adaptable to change. Eye for details and doing things right in the first instance  is very important for succeeding in this role. Ensures impeccable personal appearance and professional attitude. Polite, courteous, helpful and well mannered.

Be genuinely happy in welcoming a guest. A Diploma in Hospitality is an advantage. Experience in RMS Hospitality Software an advantage [though Training will be provided].
