About The role scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Receptionist to work within our Sales & Marketing Team. Provide welcoming and informative customer service to all callers and walk in clients.

Triage enquiries accurately from reception to other staff/ Scope Sites. Maintain tidy and professional reception & communal areas with all the information and brochure wares kept up to date. Administrative support including allocation and processing of stationery, cab charges, couriers, postal accounts and with inter-departmental initiatives as required.

Work closely with Scope supported employees and assist with managing their work. Responsible for ensuring that Scope complies with its legal requirements and strives for best practice in the provision of a safe workplace for all.

About you previous administration or reception experience required. An effective and friendly communicator who has the customer at the heart of everything you do. Intermediate level of competency in MS Office programs

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Team Player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute. Experience within the Community/NFP sector highly regarded.
