Receptionist Integrated Security Services (1992) Ltd location Auckland.
We are a New Zealand owned company and have been a major player in the security industry for over 30 years. An opportunity now exists for an experienced receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a bubbly mature person with a professional manner to become the face of the company. This is a fulltime position, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with immediate start.
Duties will include but not limited to answering all incoming calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner. Complete Reception duties - such as meet and greet, stationary orders, replenishing kitchen supplies and keeping the reception area tidy.
Maintain an exceptional filing system. Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration as required - this includes receipting clients payments, invoicing clients, reconciliations of clients accounts and typing.
The skill and experience you will need to bring with you include, but not limited too strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate, including Microsoft Office with some basic excel knowledge. Be well organised and able to multitask. Have an eye for attention to detail. Taking the initiative at any opportunity.
Good sense of humour, full of positive energy, approachable and able to work as a team member. This is a great role for someone that wants to be involved in administration and accounts but likes to deal with people both over the phone and face to face.
