Reception or Sales Executive Mad Harrys Steel location Young. $25 – $35 per hour.

Mad Harry’s Steel Yard have a great opportunity for a motivated Receptionist / Salesperson to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive personality who takes pride in building and maintaining customer relationships. Sales experience in the Steel, Building or Construction industries will be highly regarded. This is a permanent fulltime position.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Two Saturday's a month 8am - 12pm. Potential for School hours for the right applicant.

To be successful in this role you will need Knowledge of Steel or background in the Building and Construction industry, or a willingness to learn on the go.

A background in sales and negotiation will be highly regarded. Excellent work ethic. Ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player. Computer literate. Excellent organisation and prioritising skills. Ability to use initiative and to work independently. Experience with Point of Sales systems will be highly regarded.

Duties include phone & Counter Sales. Quoting, Invoicing & Purchasing. Customer Enquiries. General Office Duties. Booking in Stock.
