Reception or Property Management Administration Nichols Crowder (Moorabbin) Pty Ltd location Melbourne.
We are the leading commercial and industrial real estate agency in Melbourne's South East. Our Moorabbin office is looking for a highly experienced Receptionist/ Property Management Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role is a busy administration position, with its key function to run our reception area and support property management administration.
Key tasks include managing a high volume of incoming calls, including providing assistance and taking messages. Coordination of all key collections/drop offs for tenants, maintenance requests and property management support. Welcoming clients, management of reception, serving refreshments. Coordination of property settlements.
Coordination of mail, deliveries, stationary orders and kitchenette amenities. Filing of property management documents. General property administration including typing. Setting up of files and management thereof. CRM database support. Provide colleagues with professional administrative support as required and other general reception duties.
Attributes We Are seeking this position is ideally suited to a focused individual who enjoys a team environment, takes pride in their work and enjoys helping their colleagues and clients alike. It's a busy environment so proficiency in multi-tasking and customer service is essential.
Previous corporate office administration experience A solid working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). An excellent phone manner and communication skills (both written and verbal). Quick and accurate typing skills with outstanding attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Experience working with real estate lease administration software including; RP Office and CRM databases a pre-requisite.
