Real Estate Recruitment Consultant P3 Recruitment location Sydney. Salary OTE $90k-$150k. The position source and connect with new candidates through social media, recruitment platforms, referrals and networking, conduct face to face interviews with candidates, build and maintain long term relationships with candidates and clients, coordinate interviews with clients and give consultative career advice to candidates, conduct thorough background and reference checks, stay connected with top talent in the real estate industry. The person a talent for multi-tasking, results driven and goal-focused, resilient, tenacious and self-motivated, previous experience in either real estate or recruitment, a genuine interest in people, their motivators and what makes them tick, naturally intuitive, have good decision-making ability and a creative problem solver, first class written and verbal communication skills & strong admin skills, a quick thinker, good negotiator and have a high sense of urgency, we like to laugh - sense of humour is a must.
