Real Estate Office Admin or Assistant Property Manager First National Real Estate location Melbourne.

First National Real Estate Hogan Riverso is Scoresby's local Real Estate Agency specialising in properties in Scoresby and in neighbouring suburbs within the City of Knox. An opportunity exists for a friendly competent person to be part of our Business. This is a permanent Part Time position - 3 days per week with an opportunity, in the future, to increase your hours.

Your role will be to manage the front desk and to provide administration support for our rental and sales department to ensure the day to day operation of the office runs smoothly. Assist the Property Managers in day to day property management functions. Some front of house duties including answering the phones.

Face to face customer service with tenants and landlords. Conduct Inspections (including Routine/Final inspections etc). Arrange and Co-ordinate maintenance and repairs with tenants and tradespeople. Organising the preparation of rental paperwork including lease agreements, rental authorities and bonds. Assist in the preparation of rental marketing material. Prepare and hand over documentation and keys to tenants.

Assist and follow up with tenants on lease agreements, arrears etc. Ensure the key register is up to date, the mail is posted every day. Provide varied administration support to all departments including marketing campaigns. Receipting and allocation of payments.

You must have a reliable vehicle with a full Victoria Driver License and your Agents Representative Certificate or be happy to attain it. You must have a strong work ethic with emphasis on organisational skills, punctuality, reliability and integrity. Ideally you have a minimum of 6-12 months experience within the Real Estate industry (experience with Real Estate Software is preferred). Current Police Check. Professional personal presentation.
