Dollarama Australia operates The Reject Shop network and is undergoing a significant transformation following its acquisition by Dollarama. As we strengthen our national Property function, we are seeking a Property Operations Coordinator to support the execution, reporting and process discipline across our growing retail portfolio.

About the Role

This role sits at the operational core of the Property team. You will be the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, processes are implemented effectively, and the team operates with clarity and momentum. Your work enables Leasing and Portfolio Managers to focus on negotiations and strategic outcomes.

This is a high-trust role suited to someone organised, detail-driven and confident working across systems, data and process improvement initiatives.

Melbourne based role in Store Support Centre.

Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for internal queries relating to lease data, deal status and portfolio information
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of property systems and databases (including Lease Eagle)
Support the SVP Property and broader team in implementing new processes, templates and operational frameworks
Assist in preparing target lists, portfolio insights and reporting packs for landlord and executive reviews
Track and report on leasing activity, including deal volumes, milestones and key performance metrics
Prepare tables, dashboards and reports to support decision-making and executive reporting
Coordinate internal workflows across Property, Legal, Finance and Store Development to ensure timely delivery of information
Ensure portfolio updates (e.g. ownership changes, renewals, closures) are accurately reflected across systems and reporting
Support transformation initiatives across the Property function, contributing to improved efficiency, structure and governance
When this role is performed well, the Property team operates efficiently, reporting is reliable, and strategic decisions are supported by accurate and timely information.

About You

Experience in property, leasing, portfolio coordination or operations support roles
Strong Excel capability, including VLOOKUPs and data reconciliation (pivot tables advantageous but not essential)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Confident communicator who builds trust across teams and senior stakeholders
Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to improve processes and implement structure
Comfortable working in a high-trust role supporting senior leadership
