We are looking for an enthusiastic and Property Manager/Leasing Manager to take on the management of a diverse but very manageable portfolio of residential properties. Using your excellent customer service skills, you will conduct open homes, process applications, inspections, and lease renewals attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team. You will be well organised, have great time management skills, good follow up, attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and an infectious enthusiasm.
