The Role
The Project Manager will lead critical HR projects that drive operational efficiency and compliance within the organisation. This role will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects, overseeing vendor relationships, and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
You will be responsible for:
Leading a suite of HR compliance projects from initiation to completion, achieving all project objectives.
Collaborating with internal and external legal counsel, third-party consultants, and key stakeholders to facilitate alignment and effective communication.
Upholding compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies across all project activities.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks through proactive management strategies.
Managing the project budget to optimise resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing project timelines and maintaining detailed plans to drive timely delivery of all milestones.
Implementing change management strategies to support the smooth adoption of new compliance measures across the organisation.
Providing regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key issues.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing complex HR or compliance projects.
Proficiency with project/program management methodologies, such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, and Agile frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess complex issues and develop effective, risk-aware solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Benefits & Remuneration
These positions attract remuneration of $132,326 to $138,384 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
