We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering lifecycle, construction modifications and minor works projects that support high-quality facility outcomes. Reporting to Facilities Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Plan, deliver, and commission technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for lifecycle and minor works.
Provide expert advice on maintenance and service delivery.
Coordinate contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality.
Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management)
Proven experience in facilities or building services project delivery
Strong technical knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
Proficiency in asset management and scheduling systems
Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
