Project Manager ACRWORLD location Sydney.

The company established over 10 years ago, my client specialises in D&C, fitout & refurbishment, newbuild and major and minor renovations. Sectors include, retirement, childcare, education and student accommodation, retail, commercial, industrial and residential.

The role as Project Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing construction, fitout and refurb projects including restoration or renovation of existing infrastructures. This involves liaising and coordinating with designers, engineers, subcontractors and delivery team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key responsibilities not limited to developing construction programs including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required for the construction project. Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that the project stays within budget.

Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that the project is completed safely and within compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, designers, engineers and subcontractors. Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times.

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or tertiary qualification in a related field. 5 -10 years of experience in the construction industry (fitout & refurb preferable). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong client facing ability, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate your team including subcontractors and other stakeholders. Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations is essential.
