Delivery Management/Controls

Project Methodology:

Support the delivery teams in relation to methodology, how to, tools, templates etc

Maintain deliverables matrixes for projects and arrange QA for deliverables as required

Project Financials:

Support the financial aspect of the project lifecycle from proposal to completion

Maintain project financial models – forecasts, actuals and accruals

Manage the time/resource management process to oversee the allocation of time to projects and associated reporting

Assist with the delivery reporting at the project and portfolio levels

Project Scheduling:

Create project schedules, with full dependency linking, critical path analysis and resource balancing

Baseline and track deviation through approved change control.

Provide timelines and workplans for the Program/Project Manager to use for day-to-day management of the program of works and to communication to the stakeholders and sponsors.

Customer Lead Teams:

Support the lifecycle of the projects

Interface to respective functions – BackOffice, Work Force Planning etc

8+ years’ experience in Project Controller/ Project Coordinator type roles

5+ years experinece in Project Scheduling

Experience operating in an advisory / consulting capacity and across the lifecycle of projects

Excellent organisational skills, including effective prioritisation across competing priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate an effective and engaging working style including authentic communication, delivering on commitments etc

Highly Experienced with office software tools e.g., MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Highly competent in MS Project (dependencies, successors)

Experience in mainstream project management tools such as SharePoint, MS Project, Confluence, Jira etc

Experience in Agile delivery methodology would be of benefit
