Programme Team Leader Bizzy Bodz Ltd location Auckland. $28 – $35 per hour.

Come and be part of the Bizzy Bodz team and join a fantastic company that creates a fun, safe and exciting environment for our children everyday. We are looking for a Team Leader for our programme in the Eastern Bays area. This role is 25 - 30 hours per week (negotiable).

As a Team Leader you will be leading a team of Programme Assistants to deliver an exceptional out of school care experience for our Bizzy Bodz children, families and the wider school community.  This rewarding role offers a good variety of responsibilities that will keep you engaged, challenged and having fun every day planning, resourcing and implementing activities including crafts, sports, games, baking, off-site trips etc.

Programme structure, set up/ close down. Team management: daily, development and training. Programme compliance and administration. Afternoon tea menu planning, purchasing and preparation. Bizzy Bodz families and school community relationship management. Positive behaviour management. First aid. The Bizzy Bodz Team Leader Support Programme will ensure you are mentored and trained to successfully run our programmes with confidence.

You will be empathetic and caring, positive and friendly, organised and reliable, genuinely interested in working with children.

You will have great relationship building and problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

We are looking for someone who has experience with and genuinely loves working with children. You may have worked in an after care or holiday programme, nannying, education or sports coaching environment. Experience managing a team would be advantageous but not essential.

Preferably you would be available for both before school care: 7.00-8.30am and after school care: 2.00-6.00pm. There are additional hours for administration, planning and compliance. These hours are Monday to Friday during term time. Holiday hours are flexible to suit but not essential.
