Our role this is a great opportunity for an experienced programme administrator with excellent organisational skills to join the small operational team of Foundation North’s social business CSI. As a Programme Coordinator, you will provide end-to end support for CSI’s programme delivery. From issuing event invitations to providing technical ‘back-end’ support for on-line workshops, webinars, events and other digital engagements, as well as the distribution of pre and post event resources, work is varied and fast paced. You have an eye for detail, set high standards for customer service and can effectively manage a wide range of tasks. We have a strong team ethos, supporting each other in our collective mahi, with shared goals and deadlines, and we take our vision and values seriously.

What you will bring key to your success will be your flair for project management and proven programme management experience. You will also be able to plan and coordinate all the detailed elements of programme delivery, ensuring quality outcomes. Develop positive relationships, working closely with the CSI Associates on programme delivery, and working well with the wider team. Plan, organise and manage your work effectively – we work at pace. Be adaptable to unforeseen changes – things aren’t always able to go to plan.

You will also have high technical competence in organising and running online events. Be skilled at preparing multi-media presentations that are on brand, accessible and eye-catching. Bring a ‘can do’ attitude, taking responsibility for your learning and achievement. Be willing to join us as we journey towards being a more culturally intelligent organization.
