The Role

We’re a growing Australian non-bank lender serving small and medium businesses across the country. With a maturing product and technology function and a two-quarter roadmap driving both tech and non-tech initiatives, we’re looking to hire our first Business Delivery Manager.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and driving the delivery of priority initiatives across the organisation — many of which involve technology changes, but also others related to credit, pricing, operations, and distribution. You’ll ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, owned, and tracked, and that they are ultimately delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product, our in-house and offshore technology teams, and a variety of business owners and SMEs. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and embed our delivery rhythm and ways of working.

About You

You thrive in small, fast paced, and collaborative environments.

You’ve led or supported the delivery of business and technology projects end-to-end — whether in financial services, fintech, or a similar sector.

You’re a strong communicator, highly organised, and able to bring clarity to ambiguity.

You understand both business and tech perspectives and are comfortable bridging the two.

You’re proactive and delivery-focused, but also commercially aware and people-sensitive.

Experience in a lender, bank, fintech, or similar regulated environment is highly desirable.

Strong commercial acumen, data-driven decision-making, and analytical capability.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Stakeholder relationship building and influencing at C-suite and Board level.

Unquestioned integrity, customer focus, and ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
