We are seeking proven, reliable and long-term workers to join our Warehouse Team. No experience with motorcycle gear, parts and accessories is required, however attention to detail and task prioritisation within a warehouse or similar role is. Full training (company protocols, communication expectations, daily and weekly routines etc) will be provided. Immediate start is preferred but negotiable for the right candidates. Forklift license welcome, but at this time not applicable to warehouse needs.

We are offering fulltime Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with negotiable start and finish times, subject to change. Fixed Part Time Hours Between Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm, subject to change. Long Term, Permanent Hours for both Full and Part Time Workers. Immediate Start for Successful Candidates, with in-person training from our National Operations and Logistics Manager from your start date. Staff Discount of 20%.

Salary part Time $28.00-$32.00 p/h – Dependent on Experience and salary negotiation. Full Time: $55k-62k p/an – Dependent on Experience and salary negotiation. Located: Wetherill Park.

About the role our Full Time Role will be responsible for the collection and processing of stock, allocation of stock to customer orders and reporting issues to our Operations Manager. You will be facilitating daily stock transfers to our Brisbane warehouse, facilitating stock take, and ensuring the daily routine of the warehouse runs smoothly.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager who is responsible for the running of both Sydney and Brisbane warehouses, and must be comfortable openly communicating via phone, text, email, and Teams through the full work day to ensure communications across all departments.

Daily reporting and separate weekly summarisation reporting of operations is required, and applicants should either have experience with or be comfortable with completing regular reports. If you have not created reports before, we are willing to provide frameworks for you to follow and will provide you with prior examples of past reports for reference, with regular check-ins

You will occasionally drive the work vehicle and will be responsible for notifying the Ops Manager when packing supplies/materials need ordering. Valid Australian Drivers license with a good driving record will be required, as there will be times that you are needed to drive a van for Local Supplier pick-ups.

Our Part Time Pick Packer will be responsible for completing daily collection of stock from local Suppliers in the work vehicle, unloading stock from the vehicle and checking and dispatching customer orders.  You will be assisting the Team Member in the full-time role with daily tasks, maintaining the overall tidiness of the warehouse, assist with regular stocktake, and any other tasks required.

You will report to the Full-Time warehouse Team Member and the Operations Manager. You will have the ability to work both independently, and as a part of the Sydney Team depending on the needs of the Warehouse day-to-day. A valid Australian Drivers license with a good driving record will be required, as you are needed to drive a van for Local Supplier pick ups each day.

Skills and Experience Required for Both roles current driver’s license (Must-Have). High level of written and verbal communication with attention to detail (English). Proven experience of picking, packing, checking and dispatching of orders. High level of organizational skills regarding both your tasks, communication and your surrounding environment.

Competent computer skills, with the willingness to learn and use new programs efficiently. General warehouse duties - re-stocking, dump runs, cleaning, organising, ability to work warehouse equipment(trolleys, cardboard shredders, box cutters etc) and complete open/close procedures in accordance with Company Policies. Able to follow a set routine and structure without shortcuts. Comfortable with communicating with multiple Teams over various platforms.

Fit and Healthy, able to complete manual handling tasks – this is a physical role, you will be lifting weights of up to 20kg. Must be able to follow Company Guidelines and Australian Safe Work practices (OHS). Both Part Time and Full Time applicants will have the ability to work unsupervised through the day when needed. Complete daily supplier pick-ups in the company vehicle (vehicle is speed and location monitored).

Processing inbound stock and outgoing stock orders between warehouses – attention to minute detail. Fulfilling customer orders and ensuring thorough checks are completed throughout the dispatch process with scrupulous attention to detail. Maintain meticulous supplier invoice records. Dispatch daily transfer orders to our Brisbane Warehouse. Complete daily reporting and weekly reporting.
