The client our client is a global leader in healthcare, dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pick Packer in our Sydney office. As a Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring the seamless delivery of loan kits for medical procedures.

Responsibilities and duties preparation Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to receive loan kit requests from healthcare professionals and hospitals. Assemble and prepare loan kits according to customer specifications, ensuring accurate inventory of medical devices, instruments, and supplies.

Quality Assurance Conduct thorough quality checks on loan kits to verify the accuracy and completeness of contents. Inspect medical devices for damage or defects, and ensure they meet the company's quality standards. Document and report any discrepancies or issues to the relevant department. Inventory. Management Assist in managing loan kit inventory levels by tracking usage, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the logistics team for replenishment. Maintain accurate records of loan kit transactions, including returns, replacements, and updates.

Customer Support Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding loan kit inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting. Provide timely and professional assistance, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Equipment Maintenance Regularly inspect and maintain loan kit equipment, such as medical devices and instruments, ensuring they are in optimal condition. Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed, following company guidelines and protocols.

Process Improvement Contribute to the development and enhancement of loan kit processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.

Compliance and Documentation Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including those related to medical devices, quality assurance, and safety. Maintain accurate documentation of loan kit activities, such as equipment tracking, maintenance logs, and incident reports.

Qualifications and skills strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medical devices and instruments. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset.

Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory management systems. Knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of loan kit processes is desirable. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Commitment to upholding high ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
