Join Bolton Clarke’s Home Care team, working across Melbourne's inner West, where you’ll work 1:1 with older clients in their own homes—supporting mobility, confidence, independence, and wellbeing. You'll enjoy genuine flexibility, and the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team.

This is a full-time 6-month role covering Maternity leave however we are happy to consider candidates looking for part time (3 or 4 days per week)

As a valued Physiotherapist at Bolton Clarke, you will:
Deliver in‑home physiotherapy to support mobility, strength, balance and pain management
Conduct functional assessments and create tailored care plans aligned to individual goals
Provide falls prevention, education and strength‑based interventions
Work collaboratively with community teams, families, and key stakeholders
Apply a holistic, wellness‑focused approach to support healthy ageing and independence
We would love to hear from you if you have:

Current AHPRA Registration as a Physiotherapist
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
Prior community or aged‑care experience highly regarded
Strong clinical judgement and ability to deliver quality person‑centred care
Valid Police Check (within 3 years)
QLD Driver Licence + reliable vehicle (if not using fleet car)
