We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant – CEO to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, staff, clients, and external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
Assist with personal and professional tasks to optimize the CEO’s efficiency.
Support project management, research, and administrative tasks as required.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination across all departments.
Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and important events for the CEO.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to senior management.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
