Are you an experienced People and Culture (P&C) Advisor seeking to take the next step in your career? Join the dynamic Business Partnering team and work closely with the wider P&C team and leaders across the business. The successful candidate will provide reliable support and advice on various people-related matters, complex case management, employee relations and investigations. You will also contribute to and lead a range of P&C projects working within an evolving service with a national footprint.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end case management, investigations and coaching leaders to address performance and conduct matters (ideally over 2 years).
The ability to interpret HR policies, enterprise agreements, awards and relevant legislation.
A people focused expert who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders with commitment to continuous learning.
Solid understanding of contemporary HR practices in relation to performance development, workforce and succession planning.
Relevant Degree/Diploma is desirable but not essential.
