Proven experience in a senior payroll role, preferably in a large, multi-site organisation, running payroll for large workforces (5000+)

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong stakeholder communication skills

Hybrid working model – 2 days WFH
Convenient location – Kensington office, close to public transport (tram & train)
A positive and inclusive workplace culture
Work life balance - 4 days per week, 2 days in the office, 2 days at home.
Opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced Payroll Manager & HR team
Supportive leadership and mentoring to enhance your payroll expertise
Employee benefits – including paid parental leave and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
