Description

Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.

This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our People & Culture Team as People & Culture Administrator. This role will see you provide essential administrative support to the P&C team across the business, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting reporting functions, and coordinating workplace culture initiatives.

This role plays a vital part in creating a positive employee experience while providing administrative support for Voyages' Apprenticeship programs at Ayers Rock Resort.

Key duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the P&C team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of essential HR functions
Maintain accurate employee records through diligent management of personnel files, processing of employee changes, and organisation of P&C documentation
Contribute to business insights by assisting with the preparation of monthly P&C reports
Enhance workplace culture by assisting with the coordination office initiatives, organising team events, and arranging catering to foster a positive working environment
Provide dedicated administrative assistance for Voyages' Apprenticeship programs.
To be successful for this role you will have:
Previous experience within an administration role
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with experience using Excel and PowerPoint
High level of written and verbal English communication skills
Experience using Canva (desirable)
Precision in managing sensitive data, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
