Payments Coordinator Charterside location Sydney.

We are seeking a Payments Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing our accounts payable processes and collaborating with external partners.

Key responsibilities oversee daily bank and client money reconciliations, promptly addressing discrepancies. Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice workflow, vendor management, and timely payments.

Liaise with external accounting teams and SLA counterparties for smooth operations. Handle supplier account management and resolve queries efficiently. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and trend analysis.Monitor and execute daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled tasks.

Troubleshoot operational and technical issues with relevant departments and third parties. Maintain and update process documentation and manuals. Provide support for daily financial tasks and prepare monthly reports and KPIs.

Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience. 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounting, payment operations, or a related field. Proficiency in online accounting software (XERO preferred) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
