Job descriptions preparation of all pastry ingredients. Lead all operational duties in the pastry kitchen, including daily production of cakes and pastries. Create new pastry recipes for menu and improving it. Ensures that food storage at station is tidy and well maintained.

Inform Chef in charge of replenishments and new orders. Follow instructions on ingredient handlings to minimize food waste. Proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils. Ensures high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job requirements diploma or professional certificate in Pastry making, culinary or related fields. Minimum 1 - 2 years of commercial pastry & baking recipe development. Have good knowledge in preparation of cakes, pastry and desserts preparation. A creative & innovative individual who is up to date in the current trends of pastry / culinary industry. Good interpersonal skill with ability to interact with kitchen and restaurant staff.
