Your new company this local government organisation has been responsible for the conservation and management of natural areas, bush land and recreational parks throughout the Ipswich Region for 50 years. They are one of Ipswich largest employers and they invest heavily in their employee's and boast a fantastic work lifestyle balance.

Your new role as a parks and gardens worker you will be working in a small team sometimes autonomously, reporting directly into the leading hand. Your responsibilities will include the following Whipper snipping recreational parks across the Ipswich Region. Brush cutting overgrown hedges. Picking up rubbish and litter. Blower vacuuming the footpaths and walkways. Spreading mulch onto gardens.

What you'll need to succeed the successful applicant will have worked in horticulture environment before and has the following experience proven horticulture experience. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Construction white or blue card. Qfever Vaccination. Current QLD C class drivers' licence or MR licence.
