Office Manager Graham Consulting Auckland location Auckland. $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a new position within a well-established business. With an international presence in the professional service sector space this role is suited to someone who can work well with others and lead by example.
Key responsibilities supporting the Auckland leadership team. Manage and lead the office administration tasks for the Auckland and Tauranga offices. Working alongside the office administrator to cover reception when needed. Inducting new staff members. Assisting in Accounts Receivable. Supporting the NZ Marketing lead. Overseeing workplace Health and Safety.
You will have experience of 5+ years’ experience in either an Office Manager, Business Support Team Leader role. Excellent communication skills. Ability to get along with internal and external stakeholders. Great time management skills. Advanced in MS Office Skills.
