Office Administrator Briscoe Group location Auckland.
Office Administrator- Distribution Centre – Wiri. Career Development Opportunities. The opportunity to work in an iconic NZ company, Full-time roles Role one: 8:00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Role two: 12:30 pm - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday. Based at the Distribution Centre in Wiri, full-time vacancies currently exist for an Office Administrator. You will be part of a friendly and hard-working team where some of your key responsibilities will include ensuring import shipments are MPI cleared and costed.
Goods receipting and generating deliveries. 3PL stock management. Processing and monitoring online customer deliveries. Following up delivery discrepancies and consignment errors. Coding and verifying non-trade invoices. Producing accurate reports and ensuring compliance. Assisting with store queries. Developing and maintaining partnership relationships with relevant external providers and internal customers. Maintain a safe environment for our people and customers through actively promoting "safety first" in everything we do.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated, reliable, team-player. Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. A customer service guru. Demonstrates initiative and possesses excellent communication skills. Professional in your manner and presentation. An understanding of retail, Excel and SAP is an advantage.
