Office Administrator Graham Consulting location Auckland. Salary $50,000 - $59,999.
Our client is a successful NZ owned engineering business that has grown substantially over the last 24 months. Due to the expansion of their Auckland team, they now require a motivated and experienced Office Administrator to support the Finance and Administration team.
This role offers an opportunity to step up and take initiative in a sole charge position. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with the Directors this is a chance to expand your business knowledge and potentially take on more as the role grows. With flexible working hours and a very supportive team that will provide on-site training, this is an opportunity you can’t miss.
Requirements include at least 2 years office based experience, with some accounts exposure. Good Microsoft Office skills. Excellent presentation and communication. A polite and professional manner. An eye for detail.
Duties will include answering phones and reception cover. Invoice creation and distribution and following up on overdue invoices. Scheduling appointments and setting up new projects on their inhouse software. Meeting and greeting clients. Administration support. General office duties.
