Office Administrator Q-Audit Limited location Auckland.

Q-Audit is seeking a star to take up the role of office administrator. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and up for a real challenge. The role is quite diverse and requires someone who can multi-task as well as operate autonomously.

Your responsibilities will be for the management of daily telephone interactions with clients, performing of administrative tasks including maintaining work schedules, updating of office templates, managing reporting activity and completing bookings for the wider Q-Audit team.

Time management and computer skills are a must within this role as the administrative tasks it entails are time precious and operationally critical. Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams is an advantage. This is a challenging role that would suit someone who is willing to go on a steep learning curve and is highly driven.
