Office Administartor Papier hq location Auckland.

Based at our East Tamaki Papier hq head office, a position is currently available for an office administrator. The role has plenty of scope to grow as the brand grows. Personality fit is essential for our small team. We like to have fun as a group but we also work hard and meet our targets.

The opportunity to work for an up and coming New Zealand small business with lots of growth opportunities. Working within a friendly capable small team. Part-time role (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm) but hours and times can be flexible.

Key responsibilities will include processing wholesale orders. Following up on delivery discrepancies and faulty goods with our customers and retailers.  Monitoring stock levels and ordering stock when needed. Updating stock numbers in Xero and doing stock takes when required. Sending out invoices to our wholesale customers and online customers when needed. Responding to all customer and retailers emails and online chats.

This includes any follow ups to staff members when needed. Developing and maintaining partnerships with our sales reps, retailers and suppliers. Managing the day to day running of the office which includes booking in bridal and design consultations with our designers. Reaching out to new potential stockists. Some order fulfilment. Potential for the right applicant to grow skills in the areas of procurement, marketing, electronic product tracing and customer service.

About you to be successful in this role, you will bring proven reliability and honesty. Excellent customer service experience and rapport with people from all walks of life. Some experience in accounts and administration, preferably within the retail environment. Some sales experience is an added bonus but not necessary. Accuracy with numbers and excellent attention to detail. A good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and Xero with the ability to pick up new software quickly such as Shopify.

The ability to cope under pressure and multitask. Productive and organised and able to work without close supervision. Take ownership of issues and see them through to a resolution. System and process are demonstrated strengths. Demonstrate positive people and communication skills and be comfortable working in a small team.

Our specialities are wall art, stationery and wedding stationery. As well as designing a range of products for wholesale and online clients, our designers regularly work with clients to create custom wedding stationery and artwork to meet their needs.
