Network Administrator Northern Regional Alliance location Auckland.

Opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders to support the delivery of a high quality education program to Junior Doctors training in Paediatric and Adult Medicine. The opportunity this newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to provide coordination and administrative support to ensure the delivery of high quality education to Junior Doctors who are training in Paediatric and Adult Medicine.

You will be working in a high performance culture with the opportunity to grow your skills in administration, learning and development. You will be working alongside the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) Paediatric & Adult Medicine Network Directors as they provide educational leadership to ensure of the standards of training and teaching are of the highest quality across the Auckland metro region.

The successful applicant will work 24 hours per week (0.6FTE) therefore providing a role that will support your work life balance or may be a great opportunity for someone who is studying part time in areas such as learning and development. In addition, the role provides opportunity for flexible working including the opportunity to work from home.

You’ll navigate through the complexity of multiple tasks with ease to ensure the smooth delivery of the training programs. You will have a strong ability to understand the nuances of developing support material to advertise educational programmes, events and resources.

This role will be based at Auckland City Hospital, however, will work regionally, providing opportunity to develop relationships with stakeholders across the wider Auckland metro region.

Skills and experience minimum 3 years administrative experience working in a high performance, fast paced team. Proven experience in organising events and preparing promotional material. Extensive experience in coordinating multiple projects working to tight deadlines.

Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of MS Office Suite. Ability to work autonomously. Excellent interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and building professional working relationships. Prior experience in the health or education sector is highly desirable.
