What does the job look like?

The Retail team is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Manager – General Merchandise to lead national performance across high-profile retail contracts, including Bunnings, Myer, Kmart, Target, and Amazon.

Reporting to the General Manager – General Merchandise, this role is responsible for driving operational excellence and strengthening customer partnerships. You will lead a national team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport solutions, ensuring service excellence and commercial performance across all contracts. Key areas:

Driving strategic growth and operational excellence across all contracts
Building strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
Leading national P&L performance and commercial outcomes
Championing safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Developing future leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning

Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is highly regarded
