Are you an experienced minute taker looking for some extra work? We have multiple shifts available. For a large government organisation based in Albany, $28 per hour, 4pm – 11:30pm, 21st, 27th, 28th January and 10th, 11th February.

The role this position provides full administration and coordination support to a large team. Duties include but are not limited to taking minutes. Managing the wellbeing cart.

About you this position requires you to be organised, proactive and self-motivated. Previous coordination experience is preferred, the below attributes are essential. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Adaptable and flexible to the needs of the wider team. Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
