Salary Band: $80,006.68 - $110,350.76 + Super

Hours: 1.0 FTE

Contract: Fixed term until 30/06/2027

Location: Playford Kids Hub & Marion Kids Hub

Immunisations: Employment is subject to compliance with Sonder’s Immunisation Policy. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, all vaccinations and immunisations required for the role.

About the Role: The Clinical Care Navigator at Kids Hub is a key member of the multidisciplinary team to welcome children and families into the service through completion of biopsychosocial assessments, triage work, and psychological brief intervention. The Clinical Care Navigator will use their clinical expertise to support families navigate the Kids Hub program and other relevant services.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience working in a child-friendly setting.

• Experience in conducting brief psychological therapies and biopsychosocial assessments, in both telehealth and face-to-face

• Experience in triage work, Care coordination, and/or case management.

• Experience in dealing with a high demand of enquiries, particularly

enquires of a sensitive or confidential nature.

• Experience in the provision of high-level, professional, and courteous

customer service.

• Demonstrated experience working within a fast -paced environment.

• Experience in assessing and treating children & families with a range of

presenting social and emotional wellbeing issues.

Qualification and Other Requirements:

Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)

Qualified and eligible for Mental Health Professional Registration in one of the following:

• Psychology

• Social Work

• Occupational Therapy

• Nursing
