We have 2 locations in Brisbane (Auchenflower + Upper Mt Gravatt) and are looking for the right person to join our team as a full time Medical Receptionist.

Your duties will include greeting patients in a friendly & professional manner. Answering all incoming calls. Responding to email enquiries. Scheduling patient appointments. Surgery bookings. Entering confidential data. Scanning & filing letters and paper correspondence.

Preparing and settling accounts. Submitting Medicare claims. Working closely with practitioners. Providing administrative support and performing ad hoc duties. Daily banking reconciliation.

About you you have a positive and proactive attitude. You are friendly, approachable, and outgoing while maintaining professionalism. You can multitask & prioritise work. You preferably have a working knowledge of Medicare claiming and private health insurance.

You have at minimum, intermediate computer literacy skills. You are fully vaccinated against Covid19. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential . Experience working with Genie is favourable.
